Scope of Services:
Paris Projects provided initial conceptual budgeting cost to try and utilize the existing Kmart building and insert new tenants into the existing space. It was determined that due to the deep depth and age of the building that it would be more economical to tear down the old building and build new, specific sized buildings for the tenants.
We coordinated the bidding and contracting of the building demolition, new site utilities, new site lighting system, a parking lot overlay and new striping and the construction of a new Michaels, Ross, Petco and shops in the place of the old Kmart.
In addition, we carved out a portion of the old Kmart parking lot and provided a new out parcel with utilities for a Chili’s.
