Scope of Services:
Paris Projects coordinated the turnkey site work for the SUPERTARGET and pregraded and installed utilities for the adjacent retail buildings. This project was challenged with the scheduling and completion of offsite roads and lights by the state. The project was delayed a year to allow the Target opening to coincide with the roadway improvements.
The Town Center retail was a very dense design and development, and required rigorous coordination efforts.
This project was one of the first in town to require rain gardens in the site design as part of additional water quality measures. We spent over $300,000 to construct the rain gardens. We first had to understand the design criteria and then bid the project with contractors who where familiar with those construction methods.
