I have had the opportunity of working with Paris Projects since 1995 wherein he has acted on behalf of the owner as a program manager. As a site development contractor you know what to expect and that is an aggressive schedule, no extensions for weather, and no excuses for missing a milestone date which has never occurred on one of our projects managed by Keith Paris. Our relationship with the owner remains intact with a strong program manager in place. We are always challenged to look for value engineering, and to provide the best value for the client. Paris Projects demands a lot of detail where only a contractors strongest PM can meet the project teams expectation. The level of communication, commitment, and accountability occurring on a Paris Project breeds success. The only regret we have is that we are not the successful contractor on all of his projects.
