OUR COMPANY

Paris Projects is commonly called a construction consultant, construction manager or development coordinator, but what we really are is an extension of your team. In essence, Paris Projects has you, the project owner or developer’s best interest in mind when it comes to the crucial details of a construction project. The result…an increase in your return on investment dollar and minimization of risk, ensuring that we bring the project in on time and on budget.

Our management style is tough but respectful and fair
We capture value on every stage of a construction project. Here are just a few examples:

Paris Projects has site lighting direct purchasing power so you do not have to pay inflated sub-contractor and multiple supplier mark-ups.
We do not allow weather clauses in our bid documents. Contractors are expected to do what it takes to get the job done on time.
We are geo-technical experts and can revise a construction project’s overall budget just by reviewing soil samples.

How we differ?

Paris Projects is NOT a contractor or architect, therefore our loyalty and focus is in providing owners and developers total project control. This is handled by a dedicated and pro-active approach to Project Planning, Value Engineering and Construction Administration via teamwork and respect.
